Are there any restrictions on the images I can place on my Visa Incentive Card?
Yes, the following restrictions apply:
• All submissions must be original.
• No URL, Addresses or Phone Numbers
• No depiction of money or dollar value/symbols
• No trademarks, service marks, trade names, brands, or copyrighted material of third parties may be used.
• No names or depictions of public figures, public officials, or celebrities may be used.
• No personal information, for example, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers or PINs may be used.
• No obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, or violent statements or images may be used.
• No depictions of alcohol, tobacco, firearms, gambling, drug use, or illegal conduct may be used.
• No religious, bigoted, racist, or overtly political statements or images may be used.
• No foreign languages may be used without including the English translation.
• No defamatory images or statements may be used.
• No personal or corporate taglines may be used.
• No wrapped packages, bows, or the word “gift” may be used.
Can I add additional funds to my Visa Incentive Card?
No. Visa Incentive Cards are non-reloadable.
Can I have the Visa Incentive Card mailed to a location outside of the United States?
No. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
Can I make a purchase for more than the amount remaining on my Visa Gift Card?
You may only use the available balance on the card, however some merchants accept split transactions. To make a purchase for more than the amount remaining on your Visa Gift Card, you will need to know the remaining balance on the card and pay the difference with cash, check, credit card or debit card. Some merchants may require that the Visa Gift Card have an available balance greater than the purchase amount to ensure sufficient funds for tips or incidental expenses. You will need to consider this when attempting to use a Visa Gift Card.
Can I put a message on the Visa Incentive Card?
Yes, you can select from one of several messages to have printed on the Visa Incentive Card, or you can choose to have no message.
Can I use my Visa Incentive Card at gas stations, restaurants, online or over the phone?
Yes, however you should be aware your Visa Incentive Card may not be accepted at automated gas pumps. You can pay for your gas purchase with the station attendant rather than swiping your Visa Incentive Card at the pump.
Some merchants like hotels, restaurants and mail-order companies factor in an automatic tip or additional expenses when using Incentive Card. These merchants may require that the card have an available balance greater than the purchase amount to ensure sufficient funds for tips or incidental expenses. Should this occur, inform the cashier that you wish to deduct a specific amount from the Visa Incentive Card and use another form of payment for the balance or tip.
Cardholders can use the Visa Incentive Card for online or phone purchases, but will need to be sure the name, address, and phone number on the Visa Incentive Card account information is exactly the same as the information given to the merchant. If the information is different, the purchase could be declined. You can check or update account information on our website at

How do I activate multiple cards in a bulk order?
Before the Incentive Cards can be used, they must be activated. There are two options for activating the cards:
Let Your Recipient Activate the Cards (Highly Recommended) Each card recipient can activate the card themselves online at IncenticeCardLab.com or calling 1-888-799-0028.
They need know the last 4-digits of the Customer ID on the back lower-left corner of the card (the Activation Code). They will not be able to activate the card without this information.
• Once the card is activated, the recipient is then offered the opportunity to enter their own address. This is a critical step if the card will be used for online purchases as in many cases the online store asks for a 'billing address'.
• This option allows the recipient to check the card balance online at any time.
Activate Entire Order (Supported for Orders of 20 Cards or More) As the Authorized Purchaser, you can bulk activate all of the cards by e-mailing Corporate@IncentiveCardLab.com and requesting this service. Once the cards are activated, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow 2 hours to complete this service.
• This option means that your address and phone number (address all cards were shipped) will be associated with the card. This means that the recipient will not be able to make online purchases as in many cases the online store asks for a 'billing address'.
How do I activate my card?
The card comes with a Customer ID on the back lower left-hand corner, unique to each card. Please have this ID and the 16-digit card number and go to www.incentivecardlab.com and select "Activate Card". You can also call us at 1-888-799-0028 to activate your card. We require the Customer ID and the 16-digit card number.
How do I know what the balance is on my Visa Incentive Card?
Enroll the Visa Incentive Card online at
www.incentivecardlab.com to view your balance or call Customer Service 24-hours a day using the phone number found on the back of the Visa Incentive Card. A merchant will not be able to tell you how much money you have remaining on the Visa Incentive Card. Knowing your balance before shopping will help assure that the Visa Incentive Card has enough funds available to pay for your purchases.
How does the Visa Incentive Card work?
A Visa Incentive Card can be used wherever Visa debit cards, Interlink® cards and STAR® cards are accepted. To use the card at a point-of-sale terminal, simply select "credit" and sign the receipt. A Visa Incentive Card does not have a PIN, therefore, selecting "debit" will cause the card to be declined. Each time the Visa Incentive Card is used, the purchase amount is deducted from the available balance until that balance reaches zero. Once the entire card amount has been spent, it can no longer be used as a method of payment. It can be kept as a keepsake or discarded.
How long does it take for my Visa Incentive Card to be shipped?
Your Visa Gift Card will generally be printed and mailed within 2-4 business days. How long your order takes to arrive at the destination depends on the shipping method you select:
• First Class Mail: 7-15 business days (free)
• UPS Ground w/ Signature: 5-10 business days
• Priority Mail w/ Signature: 3-7 business days
• UPS Second Day w/ Signature: 3-5 business days
• UPS Next Day w/ Signature: 2-4 business days
If you uploaded your own image, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your image to be approved.
How much does the Visa Incentive Card cost?
The Visa Incentive Card costs $5.95. This is the Enrollment Fee, which includes the card design, embossing a name and message on the card and shipping. We offer a bulk discount, please call for discount pricing.
Is the Visa Incentive Card sent to me or to the recipient?
You can send the card directly to the recipient or to yourself so that you can give the gift in person. If you purchase more than five cards on one order or have a single card with a value of more than $100, the card(s) will be mailed to the purchaser’s billing address.
What forms of payment do you accept for Visa Incentive Card orders?
We accept debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, wire transfer, ACH credit or company check. Checks require a minimum hold of 4 business days, but may require a hold of up to 10 business days. When you place the order, we will provide you with payment instructions based on the method selected.
What if the Visa Incentive Card expires before the card value is spent?
We encourage cardholders to use the entire gift amount before the Visa Gift Card expires. Any remaining balance can be returned to you, if requested. Funds are distributed by check within 10 to 12 weeks, less a Card Account Liquidation Fee deducted from the card balance. The Card Account Liquidation Fee is disclosed in the
Cardholder Agreement provided with the Visa Gift Card.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
If you cancel the order prior to the card(s) being created, you can request a full refund. If the cards have been created and the full value remains on the gift card(s), you can request refunded the gift card value only.Please refer to the
Cardholder Agreement provided with your Visa Gift Card for additional information.
What kind of packaging is the Visa Incentive Card mailed in?
Visa Gift Cards are mailed in a free customizable greeting card chosen during checkout.
What should I do if my Visa Incentive Card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-799-0028 as soon as possible so that the card can be canceled and replaced. As long as the lost or stolen Visa Incentive Card is reported immediately, the recipient may not be responsible for any unauthorized charges. After the Visa Incentive Card is canceled, we will send a replacement card with the remaining balance, minus a Replacement Card Fee that will be deducted from the card balance. Please refer to the
Cardholder Agreement provided with your Visa Incentive Card for additional information.
What values can the Visa Incentive Card be purchased in?
You may purchase a Visa Incentive Card with a value of as little as $5 and as much $2500.
