    Are retail gift cards refundable?
    No.  Retail gift cards are non-refundable.

     
    Are the retail gift cards embossed?
    The retail gift cards are not embossed.

     
    Are there any restrictions on purchasing cards?
    Yes. The card value denominations are preset for all of the brands, and can only be sold to a company. Consumer orders are handled on our gift card site, GiftCardLab.com.


     
    Do these cards expire of have any fees?
    Most merchant cards do not have an expiration date or fees. However, since every merchant is different, please refer to their specific terms and conditions found on each brand’s page prior to purchasing their card.


     
    How do I check the balance on my retail gift card?
    To check the balance of your retail card, you will have to go that merchant’s website or contact the retailer directly.  We are unable to tell you the balance on retail cards.

     
    How do I check the status of an order?
    You can check the status of an order by clicking My Account in the drop down under your name at the top of the page.

     
    How do I place an order?
    You can shop online and pay with debit or credit card from Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, wire, ACH credit, or check.  You can also call 866.293.4129 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST to place an order over the phone.


     
    How is my order packaged and delivered?
    Store gift cards can only be shipped to the billing address at this time. They arrive in a single envelope or box (depending on order size) containing all of the cards that were ordered along with a packaging list detailing the contents. 


     
    How long does it take to receive my order?
    Once payment is cleared, it will take up to 3 business days to fulfill your order. Delivery timing is dependent upon the shipping method you select. 


     
    What delivery options do you offer?
    We offer delivery options ranging from ground shipping to next day shipping. Freight charges will be quoted based on the size of the order and the delivery method selected.  


     
    What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, wire transfer, ACH credit, or company check. Checks require a minimum hold of 4 business days, but may require a hold up to 10 business days. When you place the order, we will provide you with payment instructions based on the method selected.    


     
    Where can these cards be used?
    Most store gift cards can be used at the merchant's retail locations and online at the merchant's website.
