Redemption Instructions

IGC MUST be redeemed BEFORE providing a service. To redeem IGC, you must call our redemption line at 877.803.0864 or log in to your SpaFinder Partner account with your login and password and follow the redemption instructions. When redeeming by phone, you will be directed to submit your spa’s business phone number (the phone number associated with your SpaFinder account) or your SpaFinder Spa ID, followed by the IGC serial number. Please note that IGC’s are printed on a variety of printers. They will most likely be on 8.5” X 11” paper, but paper size and color may vary according to the printer or type of printer used. They may also be printed in either color or black and white. IGC’s should be accepted as cash for accommodations, spa treatments, products, and services. As with all other SpaFinder Gift Certificates, IGC’s need to be used in full at time of purchase. Any unused balance may be issued to the customer in your own gift certificate or store credit. After you have redeemed an IGC, you should write “VOID” across the face of the certificate. Please remember that, as with all other SpaFinder Gift Certificates, you should retain the original certificate for at least 6 months after redemption. Certificate is void if altered or copied.
